A nice addition to any busy kitchen, this large multi-functional electric skillet features a round-shaped power base and a cooking plate and pan. Its titanium-ceramic nonstick-coated flat plate measures 12 by 12 by 1-1/2 inches and works great for grilling hamburgers, steaks, chicken, grilled-cheese sandwiches, or summer vegetables. Switch out the flat plate for the deep-dish inner pan when it’s time to make soup, stew, a one-pot meal or fondue.
The deep pan measures 12 by 12 by 2-1/2 inches and can be used directly on the stovetop burner. In addition, the adjustable-height steaming plate can be used with the deep pan for steaming foods. Set the heat from 176 degrees F (keep warm) to 480 degrees F depending on the task at hand, and easily keep an eye on the cooking process thanks to the tempered glass lid.
